Customer service policy and opening hours

We encourage you to write us on e-mail for clear and frictionless communication. We offer phone support, but for security reasons we do not answer questions regarding specific accounts, support cases or similar. Via phone we can answer on general inquiries such as pricing, general terms and integration.

Opening hours and availability

Monday to Friday: 9-16 CET

Our regular response time on e-mail is between 5 minutes and 24 hours.

A little about us

Paylike is a modern payment platform which is so easy to use that anyone can start accepting payments within minutes. Paylike is build by eCommerce managers and developers with an API-first approach making almost anything possible.

We started back in the beginning of 2015 and have since then kept expanding the customer base and functionality while maintaining the basic idea that integrating payments online should be as simple as sending an email. The banking and acquiring world isn’t always simple and logical, but we take pride in simplifying it and making it understandable so you can focus on your business.
