  • Where can I find my public key?

    You can find your account's public key by going to the settings page of your account by clicking the gear-icon in the upper-right corner of your account (⚙). [See how to find it in this video walkthrough on Youtube](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnaCzZbRPqc).

  • How can I create an app key?

    You can create an app key by going to the settings page of your account by clicking the gear-icon in the upper-right corner of your account (⚙) and then under "Apps" click the green "Create" button.   • What is the descriptor and how do I set it?
  • Can I change my live account to a test account?

    No. You must create a live account through the dashboard and update your integration to use the public key and app key assoicated with your new live account.

  • Can I transfer the ownership of my account to another company (e.g. sold company)?

    Yes. For most cases, we can transfer your account to another owner. Please [contact us](/contact) to initiate the transfer. Note that new transactions for the new owner may not be initated on the account before the account has been transferred to the new owner.
